NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc . , for the Iry Warren Memorial Golf Cart
Storage Building, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of December, 2003 .
