WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on December
1 , 2003 , and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc . , for the Gates Pro Shop ADA Restroom
Addition, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of December, 2003 .
