t the License dated December 1, 2003 , for Underground
PAp lines, Cable and Conduits to be used for placement of
interconnect conduit for the traffic signals in conjunction with
04-y 2003 18th Street Bridge and Approach Roadway, STP-U-
at T§ (852) -70-07, Contract No . 622 , at a cost of $750 . 00, by and
between the Iowa Northern Railway Company, and the City of
Watirloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
c15-1 Tem authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waerloo, Iowa .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lst day of December, 2003 .
