NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Release of Real Estate Mortgage dated
December 8 , 2003 , for payment of Promissory Note in conjunction
with the Kimball South Rural Water Main Project, by and between
Kenneth and JoAnn Lichty, 9202 Kimball Avenue, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of December, 2003 .
