co 'WHERE:AS, it has been proposed that the Council of the City
ci, of W4Xer pp, Iowa, approve a site plan amendment to the "C-Z"
Conditio a2. Zoning District for Mike Gruetzmacher of G & D Future
Concepts fdr property generally located at 3500 Kimball Avenue to
chang the use of the northern portion of the building to a
Sporty Grill and Bar and legally described as follows :

1,HEkgAS, a public hearing was held on December 15, 2003 , at
5 : 30 p.n2,_ at City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, as
provided i= law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on
the pXop8 1 to approve said above mentioned site plan amendment,
and 1
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a site plan amendment to the "C-Z"
Conditional Zoning District for Mike Gruetzmacher of G & D Future
Concepts for property generally located at 3500 Kimball Avenue to
change the use of the northern portion of the building to a
Sports Grill and Bar, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of December, 2003 , and
approved by the Mayor this 17th day of December, 2003 .
