HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN FOR THE CITY OF
o H O WATERLOO AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
w s UPDATE BY MAYOR PRO TEM.

b ii H WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa has
06rized the development of a Hazard Mitigation Plan Update for
--2s ity of Waterloo, and,

Or-1 -. F�., WHEREAS, the Hazard Mitigation Planning Committee of the City
Ln.terloo has participated in the formulation of the plan, and
haArdrecommended the adoption of said Hazard Mitigation Plan

O .-, WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held in the City Hall for
4-141 urpose of obtaining citizen input on the Hazard Mitigation
nla Update .
o NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Hazard Mitigation Plan Update, be and the
same hereby adopted, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of December, 2003 .
