:R WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, approve a site plan amendment to the "S-1"
hopping Center Commercial District for property generally located
"at 2009 Crossroads Boulevard to construct a new restaurant, and
.egally described as follows:
s * d Crossroads Plat No , 1 Lot 3 , all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa ,
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on January 7, 2002, at
5: 30 p.m. at City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, as
provided by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on
the proposal to approve said above mentioned site plan amendment,
and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the site plan amendment to the "S-1"
Shopping Center Commercial District for property generally located
at 2009 Crossroads Boulevard to construct a new restaurant, be and
the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of January, 2002, and approved
by the Mayor this 9th day of January, 2002.
