t.'4 ] BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
the one-year renewal Agreement dated January 7, 2002, to
I lease 11. 01 acres of property acquired in conjunction with the
M4rtin Luther King Jr. Drive Project for $990. 00 per year, by and
between Lee Rottinghaus of Jesup, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of January, 2002 .
