F. :'WHEREAS, Curtis G. Hollis, 7502 Hammond Avenue, has paid the
riiWat-erlo.o 'Water Works the remaining balance of the Promissory Note
and Mortgage in conjunction with the Kimball South Rural Water
Main Project for the following described property:
The Northwest Quarter (NW'1) of the Southwest
Quarter (SW4) of Section Twenty-six (26) , Township
Eighty-eight (88) North, Range Thirteen (13) West
of the Fifth Principal Meridian, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Release of Real Estate Mortgage dated
January 7, 2002, for payment of Promissory Note in conjunction
with the Kimball South Rural Water Main Project, by and between
Curtis G. Hollis, 7502 Hammond Avenue, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of January, 2002.
