BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Agreement No. 2 dated January 7, 2002, for
<additional survey work and preliminary and final design services
at a cost of $40, 000. 00, with a city match of $13, 778 . 00, in
conjunction with Highway 218/Cedar Valley Lakes Trail, Phase I,
Contract No. 584, by and between Earth Tech, Inc. of Waterloo,
Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of January, 2002.
