r^ 8L RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:'
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 5: 30 p.m. on the 28th day of January, 2002, for the purpose
of approving sale and conveyance of property generally located at
3845 Tami Terrace under HUD Section 5 (h) Plan for Sale of Single
Family Dwellings under the Public Housing Homeownership Program,
described as follows:
Hammond Hills 5th Addition, Lot 105, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
for $70, 000. 00, plus costs.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of January, 2002 .
