EQUIPMENT.

T. rwHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Lesiure
,C.BerVie Director, to prepare and file plans, foim of contract and
FRquest for Proposals, etc. , for the Manufacture and Installation
_:Skate Park Equipment in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as
specified in the proposal, and
WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said plans,
fatal of contract and Request for Proposals, etc. , and the Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, form of contract and Request for
Proposals, etc. , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of January, 2002.
