c' 13E IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

CAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 22nd day of January, 2002, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans, foam of
contract and Request for Proposals for the Manufacture and
Installation of Skate Park Equipment, in the City of Waterloo and
the taking of construction bids therefore.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of January, 2002.
