Ei � . IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE MANUFACTURE AND
r INSTALLATION OF SKATE PARK EQUIPMENT.

x WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
;Hto prepare proposed plans, form of contract and request for
proposals, etc. , for the Manufacture and Installation of Skate
Park Equipment, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary plans, form of contract and request for proposals,
etc. , for the Manufacture and Installation of Skate Park
Equipment, which were preliminarily approved on January 7, 2002,
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on January
22, 2002, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, facia of
contract and bond, etc. , for the Manufacture and Installation of
Skate Park Equipment, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the
same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of January, 2002 .
