RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
MANUFACTURE AND INSTALLATION OF SKATE PARK

- WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2002-28, plans, form of contract

(A Fehd request for proposals, etc. , for the Manufacture and

,Installation of Skate Park Equipment, in the City of Waterloo,
pIowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the
:,-hearing prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said improvements
be constructed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
That said work shall be done by contract and shall be
commenced promptly after receipt of "Notice to Proceed".
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of January, 2002 .
