B IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the- requeSt of Black Hawk Center for Independent Living on
behalff Mr. & Mrs. Lawrence Corwin, 1105 Evergreen Avenue, for a
variance to Section 7-1-6 Property Owners to Maintain Right-of-
Way, of the 2001 Waterloo Code of Ordinances, to allow a
wheelchair ramp on city right-of-way, together with Indemnity
Agreement holding the city harmless from any potential liability
regarding the placement of the ramp on city right-of-way, be and
the same is hereby approved and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of January, 2002.
