- WHtREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
2he,retofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
F.Y, 2002 Repair of Recreational Trail Bridge Over Black Hawk
,.Creek, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 641,
and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2002 Repair
of Recreational Trail Bridge Over Black Hawk Creek, known as
Contract No. 641, which were preliminarily approved on January 14,
2002, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on January
28, 2002, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, foils of
contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 2002 Repair of Recreational
Trail Bridge Over Black Hawk Creek, known as Contract No. 641, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved
as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of January, 2002 .
