?sl •?=51iBE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated January 31, 2002, in
- conjunction with the building and managing of the Cedar Valley
Athletic Club, by and between Waterloo Development Corporation of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 31st day of January, 2002 .
