(1' MO WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Council of the City of
( ;W5t rloo, Iowa, approve a site plan amendment to the "R-2,C-Z"
a' Conditional One and Two Family Residence District, generally
Located at 239 Sumner Street and legally described as follow:
E ammond and Hopkins Addition East 40 feet South 100 feet
,Lot 12 Block 3, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on February 4, 2002, at
5: 30 p.m. at City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, as
provided by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on
the proposal to approve said above mentioned site plan amendment,
and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the site plan amendment to the "R-
2, C-Z" Conditional One and Two Family Residence District, for
property generally located at 239 Sumner Street be and the same is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 2002, and
approved by the Mayor this 6th day of February, 2002.
