the F.Y„' 2002 Repair of Recreational Trail Bridge Over Black Hawk
Credk„ Contract No. 641, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City
Clerk as of the 4th day of February, 2002, together with the
accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said contract
signed by the Seaboard Surety Company of Baltimore, Maryland, as
surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
