r c7 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
tj that Supplemental Agreement No. 4 dated February 11, 2002, at an
s estimated cost of $70, 000.00, for design and construction-related
w y4e0ices in conjunction with Easton Avenue Water Pollution Control
Facilities, Contract No. 549, by and between Earth Tech, Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
vlbehalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
