RESOLUTION CREATING NEW ACTIVITY FUND FOR RATH
rm- t7-3 BROWNFIELDS PROJECTS.
(.1 < - WHEREAS, the Rath Area Redevelopment Project is a multi-year
&) ; project with numerous funding streams, and

WHEREAS, the establishment of a new capital projects fund for
l-the Rath Area Redevelopment Project will enable the City of
Waterloo to accurately account for the funds if the project is
tracked separately, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Department wishes to entitle the new
:-Capital projects fund as the Rath Area Redevelopment Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a new capital projects fund be
established entitled Rath Area Redevelopment Project and the Chief
Financial Officer authorized to prepare financial records of the
same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of February, 2002.
