n BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28E Agreement dated February 18, 2002, to provide
building maintenance administration services, by and between Black
r' ,, Hawk County, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
,5behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of February, 2002.
