cothat the Scope of Services Agreement dated February 18, 2002, at a
tl3cost of $4, 400. 00 to prepare grant application for National Parks
':-.---service Urban Park and Recreation Recovery funds in conjunction
nwith rehabilitation of recreational sites in Rath Neighborhood
TArea, by and between Howard R. Green Consulting Engineers of Cedar
Rapids, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
