fl IT' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
(-4 c. tilat the application dated February 18, 2002, for Environmental
JUstioe grant in the amount of $20, 000. 00 for evaluation of U.S.
6 'traffic and potential roadway improvements, impacts on adjacent
residential areas and compatibility with city' s plan for
r.redevelopment in conjunction with the U.S. Highway 63 Corridor
Study from U.S. Highway 218 to Donald Street, by and between the
Environmental Protection Agency, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
t-be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of February, 2002 .
