0 WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure
ei,ki-i6es Director, to prepare and file plans, specifications, foLm
of 'contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the
construction of the Cedar River/Exchange Skate Park and Basketball
Cadrt ' Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said plans,
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
costs, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of February, 2002.
