RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING REQUEST FOR
- PROPOSALS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. FOR 2002
LT' n C.1 CLEANING CONTRACT FOR CITY HALL, CARNEGIE
(O ` ANNEX AND POLICE TRAINING CENTER.
CA tr WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building
L" Official/Maintenance Administrator, to prepare and file request
,,,for proposals, form of contract, etc. for 2002 Cleaning Contract
fcr:. City Hall, Carnegie Annex and Police Training Center, in the
City :of Waterloo, Iowa, and
c4t-44WHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
filed said request for proposals, four« of contract, etc. , and the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said request for proposals, form of contract,
etc. be, and the same are hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of February, 2002 .
