WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
o heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
IT- F.Y. 2002 Midport Limestone Sign Walls, in the City of Waterloo,
wa, known as Contract No. 651, and
EH WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. Midport
Limestone Sign Walls, known as Contract No. 651, which were
preliminarily approved on February 11, 2002, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on February
25, 2002, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, foLln of
contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 2002 Midport Limestone Sign
Walls, known as Contract No. 651, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of February, 2002 .
