c\) 'WHEREAS, the Black Hawk Chapter of Credit Unions is hosting

WHEREAS, Black Hawk Chapter of Credit Unions is requesting to
temporarily close the 4th and 5th Street Bridges for viewing and
launching of a fireworks display.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Black Hawk Chapter of
Credit Unions to temporarily close the 4th and 5th Street Bridges on
April 18, 2002 beginning at 9: 00 p.m. for viewing and launching of
a fireworks display, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of February, 2002.
