BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
0-) that the contract of True Ride, Inc. , of Duluth, Minnesota, for
the Cedar River/Exchange Skate Park Project, in the City of
ttWaterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by
' the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 25th day of February, 2002,
5together with the accompanying bond for the faithful perfoLmance
