s7) L' RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PLAT IMPROVEMENTS FOR
n AUDUBON HEIGHTS SECOND ADDITION IN THE CITY OF
p 0 WATERLOO, IOWA.

WHEREAS, the following improvements were required as a
co p:ecedent to the final approval of Audubon Heights Second
cAddition: the installation of sanitary sewer and services,
,linstallation of stoEm sewer, bringing the streets to grade,
, installation of six (6) inch Portland cement concrete paving and
rz1 incidentals, and cv
WHEREAS, the above improvements have been completed in
substantial conformance with the construction plans, standards and
requirements of the City Engineer, and
WHEREAS, Petersons Contractors, Inc. has provided a two-year
maintenance bond for said Audubon Heights Second Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that the Plat Improvements for Audubon
Heights Second Addition, be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of February, 2002.
