WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet
�;at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at
r3 30 p.m. on the 11th day of March, 2002, for the purpose of
°Considering and acting upon amendments to Ordinance No , 2479 ,
t<Zoning Ordinance, as amended, upon the recommendation of approval
of the City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission, as it
pertains to location of freestanding wireless communication
towers, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of February, 2002.
