V ,,, . _, WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure

r.� t; WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said

City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of contract, etc. ,
for the construction of the 2002 Right of Way Mowing in the City
be, and the same are hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of March, 2002.
