{� .WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
t1?r6tofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
Administrator of said City to prepare proposed Request for
Props sals, form of contract etc. , for the 2002 Cleaning Contract
fdr City Hall, Carnegie Annex and Police Training Center, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator did
file said Request for Proposals, foLm of contract etc. , for the
2002 Cleaning Contract for City Hall, Carnegie Annex and Police
Training Center, which were preliminarily approved on February 18,
2002, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 11,
2002, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed Request for Proposals, faun of
contract etc. , for the 2002 Cleaning Contract for City Hall,
Carnegie Annex and Police Training Center, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of March, 2002.
