C) H � . t WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall r=-meet Tin the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterlo9f Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 25th day of March, 2002, for the purpose of considering request of Schenk Engineering Company on behalf of South View Estates, Inc. for a site plan amendment for Cedar Hills Second Addition, generally located along LaPorte Road at Memory Lane, and legally described as follows: Tracts A and B, Cedar Hills, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
