BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
Lc-0-4 Exlthat Supplemental Agreement No. 5 dated March 11, 2002, for
CA rwetland monitoring for the 2002-2005 growing seasons at a cost of
ri$26', 000 . 00 , in conjunction with the Martin Luther King Jr . Drive
Project . Contract No . 556, by and between Earth Tech, Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of March, 2002 .
