that the ,contract of B & B Builders and Supply of Waterloo, Iowa,
for,. the -,F.Y. 2002 Sidewalk Repair Program-Zone 2, Contract No.
648E in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the lit
day of March, 2002, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful perfouuance of said contract signed by the Merchants
Bonding Company of Des Moines, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and
the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of March, 2002.
