:BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
rjthat the Right of Entry Agreement dated March 11, 2002 to allow
'4 r'7temporary access driveway across 1650 Camelot Drive in conjunction
6;with F.Y. 2002 Street Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 646, by
and between Waterloo Associates-Iowa Limited Partnership of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
