WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Traffic
PO-§erations Superintendent, to prepare and file specifications,
'If-orn: of contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the
c'uinsa-llation of the Red and Don' t Walk L.E.D. Replacement Project
in -the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications,
and
WHEREAS, the Traffic Operations Superintendent has filed said
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
costs, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of March, 2002.
