E8E IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, 'SAS; FOLLOWS: Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 25th day of March, 2002, for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the Red and Don' t Walk L.E.D. Replacement Project, in the City of Waterloo and the taking of construction bids therefore. Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of March, 2002.
