C. o : SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC. , FOR F.Y. 2002 STREET

0 RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 646.

' ;WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
g beer, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
dpt'ract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the
constuction of the F.Y. 2002 Street Reconstruction Program,
,Contract No. 646, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in
the'' specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Engineers have filed said plans, specifications,
form of contract and preliminary estimate of costs, etc. , and the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11t'' day of March, 2002 .
