O r SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
rT s tit COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CEDAR
RIVER/EXCHANGE SKATE PARK AND BASKETBALL COURT

-WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
~hrxetofgre instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed specifications, foLm of contract, etc. , for
thes'Cedar River/Exchange Skate Park and Basketball Court Project,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Service Director did file said
preliminary specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Cedar
River/Exchange Skate Park and Basketball Court Project, which were
preliminarily approved on February 18, 2002, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 18,
2002, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, foLm of
contract and bond, etc. , for the Cedar River/Exchange Skate Park
and Basketball Court Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be,
and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of March, 2002 .
