BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
th4TO the Acknowledgement/Settlement Agreement dated March 18,
co 0002, in the amount of $300. 00, in conjunction with settlement of
[-violation of tobacco laws, by and between All Stop, 51 Tower Park
c_Drive, Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of March, 2002 .
