afPa the Acknowledgement/Settlement Agreement dated March 18,
2002., in the amount of $300. 00, in conjunction with settlement of
violation of tobacco laws, by and between Ben Franklin, 2206
Kimball Avenue, Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
