rr, HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,

heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
puqq_pr,epare proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for
the-i2002 Right-of-Way Mowing, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary specifications, folm of contract, etc. , for the 2002
Right-of-Way Mowing, which were preliminarily approved on March 4,
2002, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 25,
2002, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the 2002 Right-of-Way Mowing, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of March, 2002.
