r0 -. . WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
ni Theretofore instructed the Traffic Operations Superintendent of
2said City to prepare proposed specifications, form of contract,
etC. , for the Red and Don' t Walk LED Replacement Project, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Traffic Operations Superintendent did file said
preliminary specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Red
and Don' t Walk LED Replacement Project, which were preliminarily
approved on March 11, 2002, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 25,
2002, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the Red and Don' t Walk LED
Replacement Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the
same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of March, 2002.
