Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
rafter the hearing prescribed by statute.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
tis so ordered on motion by this Council that the said improvements
be constructed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of March, 2002.
