s `'Tracts A and B, Cedar Hills, all in the City of
;Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa .
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on March 25, 2002, at 5: 30
p.m. at City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, as provided by
law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on the proposal
to approve said above mentioned site plan amendment, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the site plan amendment for Scheck
Engineering Company on behalf of South View Estates, generally
located along LaPorte Road at Memory Lane, be and the same is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of March, 2002, and approved
by the Mayor this 27th day of March, 2002.
