RESOLUTION NO. 2002-160 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR MAGEE CONSTRUCTION FOR THE FORMER HARDEE' S BUILDING LOCATED AT 126 EAST RIDGEWAY AVENUE. WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a Minor Site Plan Amendment for Magee Construction for the former Hardee' s building located at 126 East Ridgeway Avenue to build a 2, 100 square foot addition, legally described as follow: Unplatted Waterloo West Part of Northwest Fractional 1/ Section 3 Township 88 Range 13 beginning at a point on South line Ridgeway Avenue which is 175 feet East of the East line Kimball Avenue thence South 175 feet parallel East line Kimball Avenue thence East 205 feet parallel South line Ridgeway Avenue thence North 175 feet parallel East line Kimball Avenue thence West 205 feet to the point of beginning, Section 3 Township 88 Range 13, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa; WHEREAS, due to the insignificant nature of said minor site plan amendment, the Council did not deem it necessary to hold a public hearing, and WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said Minor Site Plan Amendment should be approved as proposed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that Minor Site Plan Amendment for Magee Construction for the former Hardee' s building located at 126 East Ridgeway Avenue to build a 2, 100 square foot addition, be and the same is hereby approved.
