I CI1H7- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
Ethat the Acknowledgement/Settlement Agreement dated March 25,
LWQ02, in the amount of $300. 00, in conjunction with settlement of
violation of tobacco laws, by and between National Cigar Store,
,:`1'..4•6-17:: Sycamore Street, Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
tO execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
